* $29 charge is a service fee for setting up the MLS flat fee listing; the cost of the flat fee MLS program chosen by seller will be paid once the listing is approved. Steps of the process:
1) Once your property data has been transferred from the MLS and we have checked the tax roll data, you will receive a link to approve the listing on our website, select the best ADDvantage™ flat fee MLS program that fits your needs and check out.
2) You will need to upload a minimum of (1) photo before we can list the property in the MLS or you can purchase a virtual tour for $144.99 or $164.99. Virtual tours include still shots. Lockboxes or other accessories are also available at check out. *Our site holds up to 25 photos, Homes.com holds 10, Realtor.com holds 1 (unless “Showcase”, which allows all 25) and the MLS systems vary on amounts but all hold at least 8.
3) Next we will input and activate your listing in the MLS. Once the MLS listing is active, you will receive another email with a link to review the actual MLS listing and approve its accuracy or report any errors.
